Presentation Overview:

Preparedness is a Competitive Advantage: Leveraging Risk Management and Business Continuity to Build a Resilient Supply Chain

Whether it be natural weather conditions, terrorism, or political and economic upheaval, our preparation must consider all the elements necessary to maintain the viability of our operations. The ability to meet demand for products and services relies upon being able to create an end-to-end process that can withstand the many causes of disruption that we face today. The burden of cybersecurity challenges continues to increase and threats can even originate from within our own supply chains, posing perhaps the most serious threat of all. Find out how to leverage the best tools from business continuity and risk management to improve supply chain management for companies of all sizes

This presentation will provide actual supply chain case studies to illustrate each step of the process. It will focus specifically on how organizations can leverage their resilience plans to gain a competitive advantage over the competition while also making themselves more prepared.
